Our Communities
Spanning approximately 2,100 acres in the heart of Irvine, Great Park Neighborhoods is transforming the former Marine Corps Air Station El Toro into a community that honors its military past while creating an inventive city of the future. Great Park Neighborhoods is currently planning to build 10,556 homes —including 1,056 affordable housing units. Community design allows people to live close to schools, offices, healthcare, entertainment, sports facilities, parks, trails and open space. The community’s crown jewel is the adjacent Great Park, which is currently being developed through a joint venture between the City of Irvine and FivePoint (through its partnership Heritage Fields El Toro, LLC).
Located on approximately 15,000 acres in Los Angeles County, FivePoint is building on the award-winning legacy of Valencia with a new community that plans to become one of the first communities of its size and type to reach net zero greenhouse gas emissions. Valencia is also devoting 10,000 acres of open space to protect native habitat and honor its rich farming history. Future plans include new homes, parks, trails, commercial/retail, recreation/entertainment and numerous public amenities. Upon full buildout, Valencia is poised to become one of the most sustainable and environmentally-friendly communities of its kind in the nation.
Once considered the epicenter of the sports universe as the former home to the city’s championship football team and professional baseball team, Candlestick is now poised for its next chapter as a hub of innovation and connection. In collaboration with the City of San Francisco, FivePoint is setting the groundwork for a standalone development of Candlestick as the first phase of a larger mixed-use community. Once completed, Candlestick will become a vibrant destination where memories are made for locals and visitors alike.
Located on prime shoreline just south of the city center in the City of San Francisco, the San Francisco Shipyard real estate development will provide housing, commercial and community uses reflective of the city’s rich history, diversity, and boundless energy.
